The B&B La Casa is situated in Idro, around twenty minutes from Lake Garda, immersed in a splendid and relaxing setting in the Brescia Pre-Alps, in an area that is perfect for nature lovers and outdoor holidays.
The town of Idro also comprises the historic centers of the two two suburbs of Crone and Lemprato, offering an array of interesting alleyways, buildings and scenic views. During the summer season, the town center is the site of a variety of celebrations and sports events, including dances, and every Wednesday a market with countless stalls and merchants selling local products and crafts.
From July to August, the boat tour of Lake Idro departs from the dock at Idro everyday, stopping at all the lakeside towns (departures at different times).
The lake | An uncontaminated mirror of water surrounded by woods and mountains rising up to 1400 meters. Perfect for fishing aficionados and activities such as canoeing, sailing, kite surfing and windsurfing. Swimming is allowed in the lake from May to September, with the water temperature generally above 20 degrees.

How to get here
By car | Take the A4 motorway up to the Brescia Est exit, then continue along the SS45 bis state road and subsequently along the SS237 in the direction of Madonna di Campiglio for about 25 km. Once in Pieve Vecchia, turn right for the beach and follow the directions for Crone for about one kilometer, then turn left onto Via Indipendenza, where the B&B La Casa awaits you at no. 29.
By plane | The nearest airports to Idro are in Brescia – Montichiari (km 54), Catullo di Verona (km 96) and Bergamo Orio al Serio (km 105). Taxi service available.
By train | The most convenient train station to arrive at Idro is Brescia (Venice – Milan line), at about 50 km, with a bus service to the town.
